Shipping and Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS!

Our shipper, UPS and FedEx, cannot ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses may not be accepted unless we have means of shipping USPS. Additionally, we only ship to locations within the United States. For international consumers, we recommend contacting the authorized distributor for your country (*international distributor list coming soon*)

WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-3 business days orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the Next Business Day and standard timelines will be used.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS!

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address of the package needs to be forwarded to a different location than the one on the initial order.

CANCELLATION POLICY!

If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to email us at info@Americanfitnutrition.com. We will make every attempt to stop your order and provide a refund As soon as possible. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy listed below). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all policies listed apply.

 

RETURNS!

Any item(s) you wish to return, please email us within 30 days of receipt of the product to notify us of your wish to return/exchange the product and the reasoning why. We hold a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for all products. The item(s) must be returned at the customers expense. Dietary supplements and other consumable products returns are only accepted if it was purchased through www.americanfitnutrition.com for which 75% o rmore of the product is unused. An email must be sent to: info@Americanfitnutrition.com stating your order number, full name, ship to address and what is being returned. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued minus original shipping cost. For those orders that qualify for free shipping or received promotional free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by American Fit will be deducted from all returns.  After 30 days past your receipt of shipment, no returns are accepted, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL. Please be sure to include original packing slip in return package and ship to:

Once we receive the item(s) we will check the return shipment for accuracy and then proceed with issuing the credit minus the original shipping cost. After 30 days of making the return claim, if the product has not yet been received from the customer, the credit will be void and all sales will be final.

***WE CANNOT PROCESS RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE PURCHASED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY DISTRIBUTOR OR RETAILER. Please contact the distributor or retailer that the purchase was made through for information on their return policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to American fit Nutrition within 48 hours of receipt. Please email us to notify us of any damaged items (please include your order number and the item description in your email). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s), and either send you a replacement order, or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued for unopened merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

ERRORS

AT AFN we make every attempt to send you what you order. In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.) Please email us for a return package tag prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item description in your email). Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

***Please Note: If error is made on the part of the customer, the situation must be handled as a return. Please refer to the “Return” section above for further information and instructions.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS!

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on the Site or otherwise distributed by American Fit Nutrition through any other format, and AFN will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever.

BACK ORDERS!

Although we make every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an email letting you know of your partial credit due to the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time and therefore any out of stock items will be cancelled off the order. We only charge for the items shipped. Our customer service team might contact you to see if you would like to exchange the product for a different flavor or style.

DELAYS!

Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Service at info@americanfitnutrition.com  for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 3 to 10 business days for delivery.
